About Us

The Mindful Matter was created from my belief that wellness should feel real, accessible, and supportive.

It’s about creating space to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and kind.

 

Through yoga, meditation, breath-work, and movement, I help people find balance, ease, and a deeper sense of peace within.

I work with private clients, studios, and fitness firms to help people slow down, tune into their bodies, and build strength from the inside out.

 

I love watching the small moments of change...a deeper breath, a quiet mind, and a lighter heart that grows into lasting transformation.

Here you’ll find private sessions, partnership opportunities, and online classes you can join from anywhere.

I meet you where you are and walk beside you as you nurture your own well-being.

Yoga Flow

A grounding blend of movement, strength, and breath. This class helps you release tension, build steady energy, and reconnect with your body. Perfect for anyone wanting to feel centered, calm, and recharged from the inside out.

Mobility

Gentle, intentional movements to help your body open and move with more freedom. You’ll release stiffness, improve flexibility, and create ease in everyday motion. A great class if you’ve been feeling tight, tense, or just want to move and feel better.

Yoga Sculpt

An energizing mix of yoga, strength, and a touch of cardio. Using your bodyweight, you’ll tone, strengthen, and boost endurance. Expect to sweat a little, self-talk a lot, and leave class feeling powerful and renewed.

Private Sessions & Partnerships

Our youth programs blend movement, breath, and mindfulness to help young people feel grounded, confident, and connected both on and off the mat.

Mission

We offer yoga and meditation programs for K-12 youth. Our programs use meditation and yoga to help young people cultivate mindfulness, internal control, and social-emotional learning skills.

To meet young people where they are and provide a collective space for individual development.

Our Practice

We teach students how to unite their breath with steady movements, postures, and poses that train them to find positive solutions to difficult situations. By slowing everything down, there is more emphasis on developing patience and concentration. 
 
We practice the act of being attentive to the present moment at every point of time in life and every moment.

We guide youth to self-regulate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to help them achieve personal, academic, and professional goals.

We encourage youth to practice self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. 

Our customized programs are uniquely tailored to meet the needs of each school, organization, and other institutions. Most importantly, we meet the needs of each youth.
