Services
We offer yoga, meditation, and self-reflective workshops to youth and adults.
Virtual workshops for adults and monthly in-person educational opportunities.
School and community organization partnerships for youth programming and engagement.
Everyone’s body is different, and yoga postures [are] modified based on individual abilities. Do not use yoga or any other complementary health practice to replace conventional medical care or to postpone seeing a health care provider about pain or any other medical condition. We offer yoga and meditation programs for K-12 youth. Our programs use meditation and yoga to help young people cultivate mindfulness, internal control, and social-emotional learning skills.
